Rebecca Lomeland, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Ready to create a fulfilling life in ways that actually work?

You remember a time when cycles of pain and frustration weren’t the “norm” … but those days feel like a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’ve come to the right place.

I’m Rebecca Lomeland, and I help teens and adults just like you: ones that have it within them to turn over a new leaf and thrive, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find freedom and empowerment by equipping them with the tools they need to create a healthier version of themselves they can be proud of.

Many of today’s solutions for breaking unhealthy cycles are not providing true transformation, leading so many to feel like they are not making much progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so I will meet you where you are at with deep understanding and tailor tools that actually work for what you need.

What’s it like to work with me?

First, we will take an inventory of all the contributing factors that are causing you to feel stuck in your life.

Then, we will challenge limiting beliefs and try some new ways of doing things that will be most effective for you.

Through our work together, you’ll be equipped to create the life you are longing for, from the inside out.

I am dedicated to helping people break unhealthy patterns that no longer serve them.

My training in the psychology of change means I have the expertise you need and deserve when you are seeking help to turn the corner and rebuild your life.

But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a teen or adult struggling to break old dysfunctional patterns, right?

I get it because I have come from a difficult background myself and, through hard work and with the right supports, have come out on the other side. I know that sometimes it can be hard to see past patterns you have grown so familiar with, even if they cause you pain, in order to blaze a new trail. Some days you feel lost and like giving up, and it’s easy to lose perspective.

So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
